• Application form / Admission Fee / Annual Subscription shall not constitute the admission or acceptance of the application. Membership shall be granted only after applicants name / banner has been duly approved by the Membership Scrutiny Committee of IPFAA.
• For address / Identity proof, enclose self attested Xerox copy of / Passport and Phoro ID Card and if address has changed attach Rent Agreement/Telephone Bill/Electricity Bill of New Address.
• Only One Identity Card will be issued by IPFAA free of cost to the members of IPFAA for the Proprietor / Proprietress in case of Proprietorship concern, one Partner in case of partnership Firm and one Director in case of Ltd. Co. and / or PTY. Ltd. Company. A copy of the solution from the firm / LLP / company is required authorizing authorized representative duly signed by all Partners of the firm / Directors of the company.
• In case any member wants to have Additional Identity Card on behalf of their Firm / Company in favour of other Partner/s and /or another Director/s, the IPFAA will issue the said Additional Non Voting Card/s against Payment of ( $ 10/- + TAX) Per Card being the additional fee for such cards on request.
• The applicant does hereby agree and confirm that all the disputes either against him or raised by him including the disputes with non members shall be subject to arbitration by the Arbitration Tribunal of IPFAA alone.
• The members shall be required to disclose in all the agreements and commercial transactions entered into with the member and no members that the arrangement shall be subject to the rules and regulations of IPFAA and exclusive Arbitration of IPFAA.
